The responsibility of trust

When you are trusted and even sought out to create, become or enhance the voice of a brand and engage their communities via social media to help meet business goals, it is definitely an honor, but it’s more so a huge responsibility.

When I look at the five brands I actively work within this capacity, right now – I’m grateful for their trust and the years I spent in the trenches honing these skills (and the skills of others who are rock stars today) that makes it second-nature for me at this point.

Don’t take #socialcommunications for granted, or relegate it to anyone you wouldn’t trust with overall brand communications. The price is too high in the long run. Trust me. #socialmedia #socialmediamanagement #pragency #socialmediastrategy
